Connovate started as a niche project focused on sustainable concrete. We helped turn it into a brand with clarity, ambition and broader relevance. Through strategic and visual transformation, we positioned Connovate as a leader, using CemCut to show how CO₂ targets can be met today, not in the future.

Connovate needed to evolve from a niche, technically driven project into a brand with broader relevance and a clear, accessible mission. At its core was a strong product, but the story and positioning did not yet reflect its potential.
We developed a new brand platform and visual identity, merging tech aesthetics with the construction industry’s robustness. This created a clearer position and made the brand easier to understand and engage with across audiences.
By bringing CemCut to the forefront, we made the impact tangible. A sustainable cement alternative that enables the concrete sector to meet Denmark’s ambitious CO₂ reduction targets, not by 2030, but now. Positioning Connovate as a company ready to lead change in an industry under pressure.
