We partnered with Danske Commodities to develop and deliver DC Days 25 as an employer branding platform in a highly competitive financial category where differentiation is limited. The ambition was to create an experience that could strengthen internal culture while clearly positioning the company as a place people want to be part of.
From concept and event design to full production and logistics, we shaped an experience across all touchpoints. Through carefully designed moments and initiatives, the event fostered unity, engagement and a stronger sense of belonging.
By focusing on culture as a differentiator, the platform helped translate strategy into something employees could feel and carry forward, supporting both retention and future attraction.
